we headed down to starbucks at ps to meet up with kenneth and few of his friends to chill for a while after. sam got dragged along. and he found his new smoke buddy. :P

we were bored bumming around and i decided tp try kenneth's specs. cuz im gonna get one soon. and the result was disastrous. apparently some nutcase by the name of justin thinks i look like a secretary! which is like sooooo not true. nuts! it's gonna be my school look. not secretary!

so after alvin's party, we crashed some other girl's 21st. and she turned out to be my pri sch mate! what a small world!! it was in far away kand at aloha loyang!!

we were all entertaining ourselfs and here's alvin the cam whore!

there was a mahjong table!! but sadly none of them could play. so we just made a mess.
sam got some cards and his smart idea of playing black jack, loser gets a chop. thanks to him ive got like i<3alvin all over my arm and on my back even! U CHOPPED MY BACK!!!!!! RAH!

um.. i don't really know how we ended up squatting by the road watching some videos on the laptop. but it was a really fun and crazy night!

ironically says alot.

it's been pretty quiet here the past week. probably cuz im too busy running around. to certain extent im pretty pleased im keeping up to my "work hard, play hard" motto this year. i hope i dont die. kinda fell sick on monday. flu sucks. throat has been hurting since. i hope it goes away soon.

tons of thoughts as uaual. random, nonsense, full of sense and out of the blue. my brother told me if we'd write a book about our life we're gonna make big bucks. sounds true.

it seems that valentine's becoming a bigger thing with each year. signs started in dec last year! pretty cards sold at borders. saw one i particularly loved! it was sweet in a funny way. my kinda style. too bad it aint for me. it's just so weird how much people play up the hype of valentine's and make it such a huge ass thing. im no party pooper but isnt it really a day just to get you to burn a hole in your pockets?! dont get me wrong i love to celebrate it. with friends, someone, or more friends. either way it's a cool holiday. but i just dont get why everyone makes such a big fuss bout it. perhaps i should invent some holiday and strike it rich too. now that'll be awesome. love is in the air. i feel it, but it aint necessary gonna come to me. wish it would though.

things aside, last night's dream was.. well.. it made me smile. and freaky enough, my friend dreamt of me and the same other person. how weird is that?!! oh well..

tell me why do i keep falling for all the wrong guys?! someone told me i should settle down. i thought it was crazy. i do wanna fall in love again. but it seems crazy. and that same someone said to me, "dea, ure not trying hard enough. or maybe ure not trying at all."
im still in shock though. how do u even try?! am i the only one who's so clueless?!
just sweep me off my feet wont you?

i had so much going on in my mind just now. and now ive lost everythinG! rah!

on a totally random note, i realize i really cant get angry anymore. i get pissed and irritated. but i just cant be bothered to get angry. i dont know why. or maybe ive not reached boiling point yet. im starting to get bored again. getting bored with the way things are now. not that i dont like it. i do. but i know it can get better. oh well..

Saturday Night!

last minute decision to work at b&j after the guys planned to ditch me for soccer. thanks man. but b&j was great that night! all my darling babes! claire, janet and shin!!
plus kel and friends were performing so it'll be fun! good music always sets the right mood. it's been pretty long since cathay was That packed. so it was GREAT!

met up with sam to shop. it was hilarious laughing at random things and complaining how hot it is! ur nonsense really made my day.we walked up and down town like so many times. i cant believe we walked that much too. esp in the hot sun.

something absolutely ridiculous i heard yesterday...

someone told me, "I think I'll do psychology in uni... so i can go psycho girls."
hilarious. i think u know who u are. hahaha..
thanks. u made me laugh.

info visualization class is horribly painful now. hence the blogging. don't understand the mumblings that's going on. im sure many others don't as well.

i woke up to quite a bad start today. only good thing is that i got my homework done. and then daddy couldnt fetch me to school so i was late. and i had to take a cab which was $22! was madness, but the uncle only took $16 cuz he said he went a longer way. that's crazy thing no. 2! and my record for the most discount gotten from cab drivers! $6 off! cool. i wish all cab uncles are that nice!

so i got to sch, and was like almost an hour late for class. and the printer in the lab had to die on me. so i couldnt print my hw. and guess what?! i got lost! i had absolutely no idea where class was at. thought it'd be at the LT, and my friends aren't replying cuz class has already started for 45mins. thank god i managed to get a reply and walk back! so now im in class multi-tasking. and trying not to wander off to lala land.

ironic thing is she asked for all of our attention span during the intro thing. mine is like what 20 seconds max?! oh well.. can't wait to do my hair later! gosh that sounds bimbotic! rahh

tim's 21st!

shopping on sunday failed terribly. cuz no one was on time. and the rain just made everything bleak. i was trying not to fall asleep half the time and the other half trying not to drif away into my own little world. i love the long ride to the place. some secluded chalet in changi. it was a long straight road. the kind that seems to lead to no where, the kind that lets you drive on forever. seems like a great place for a late night drive and a good chat. it was a mix of serenity and mystery as dusk engulfs the setting sun. sadly we spent most of the time figuring out the way. the mambo music and photo taking kept me awake though..

unlikely saturday

the girls were suppose to meet up for some girly pampering but somehow everyone was late so decided to hang around town. we wanted to sit outside orchard mrt for a bit but we got scared when this old ahpek kept starring at us. but people watching and laughing at random things was crazy. especially with mae and shu! we managed to go watch mae's bf break at some mtv street break dancing thing. was pretty cool.

met up with josh later in the evening for dinner and then with alvin. i had yamamuang! yummy! u cant never get sick of thai food. ok.. maybe that's just me. josh claim's it's raw mango=monkey food. tut tut! rahh.. i like it!

we got sick of town. there were no movies to watch and it was swarming with pple. before we knew it we were kinda on our way to little india. we were not THAT bored. went to check out this chill out place for alvin's 21st. but it was so random and spontaneous to go there. doing things on impulse rocks!

Barbaablackchic. yep. that IS the name of the mini club thing. sounds kinda cheesy and tacky, but the ambience upstairs was nice! cool place to chill out that spins indie music!!

we has prata somewhere near mustafa. mum called and freaked when she found out i was in little india at like 1plus. she thought i was mad.
it wasnt the typical saturday night, but that's why it's fun. random things, unlikely places and great company.

we didnt feel like going back after the rest left so we decided to take a walk. it was after the rain and the weather was cool and breezy. josh and i sorta got lost trying to walk to town. but we found our way there! was hell alot of walking. i think we passed some back alleys and places i never knew existed! like some squatters corner. people were sleeping on the sides of walkways with those make-shift sort of furnitures. definitely an eye opener. i guess you dont get to see this side of singapore that often. it was a tad bit scary cuz it was 2 in the morning and we didnt really know where we were going. but it was an adventure!! we took tons of photos! was crazily fun.
