closing of 2005

2005 has been a year of xperience for me.. so may things i've never done before, never expected to happen all came to past.it was actually pretty fun, im glad that God gave me the chace to experience so much in just a year. it was very much a year of learning for me

i started of as a bummer at home after the As, and then i got my very first internship with Seventeen. Thanks Jennifer, Saylee and Iris, you guys gave me a really wonderful time. It was my chance to get closer to my dream.. or socalled my passion.. always wanted to work in a magazine. and I love it there. crazy fun pple, interesting things to look at everyday, cool shoots. plus, i've got the best job.. ok..well almost the best job every girl would want.. to be paid to SHOP! oh well..it's not as easy as u think it is.. but it grows on you. and i still miss it. really wanna go back and do it agian.

bag loads of pretty outfits, gorgeous shoes, crazy people, happening events, how can i not miss that..

then it was back to school again, meeting new people , running into old friends. stupid prject meetings, doing silly things in lectures and of couse my fav, skipping lectures and sneaking outta classes. best things of all i've found great friends.. angel & denise! not to mention my cell and also the sa peeps.. oh and the cute monkey ben who doesnt like to shave.. haha.. i'd thought i'd never make it throught the exams... fortunately i did.. and another round of madness is about to come..i cant believe how many times we've gotten lost in school.. i think we'd probably still next semester, and the long hike to town, and trying to hang out at jp always doesnt work..im sure i've not misses any of it..well..ok. perhaps a teensy-weensy bit. oh and i almost forgot photo-taking.. angel made me fall in love with my camera all over again..

if not for all these school would be just bleak..

yes, and the last group of pple 2005 would not be completed- moi churchies.. my new cell and my old friends.. thanks for going through '05 with me. tolerating all my nonsense and crying over the phone. and dragging me to camp.. oh goodness.. camp.. but I SURVIVED! yea.. and all the outings with my cell peeps. i've never gone for so many church outings in my life! but i like it! God's been great in '05, all faithful and full of grace. i believe the song Amazing Grace sums it all. thanks guys for all the joy and all your prayers.

and the last very special group of girlfriends, though we do not meet up tt often, it's quality not quantity, love u girls. mae, sharon, shu hui, emme, jasreel,, and my girl angel!

22nd day of christmas

true joy comes from jesus..

why is it so difficult to truly feel happy and worry free? is it so difficult to be happy? every where pple wear facades and masks.. im guilty of it too.. so much so that people actually think my life's sorta a bed of roses and that im always happy.. yea..im easily pleased..i laugh at the silliest thing..but tt doesnt mean anything at all..i guess beneath all the smiles and giggles are hurts and pains.. horrible times i try so freakin hard to forget..words that i never wanna hear.. why doesnt it go away?!why does it keep coming back?! i hate the feeling of torment and the lingering creep of the pain.. i just wish that it will all go away.. i dunno why i feel so horrid now.. is this really me? or is it just cause i had a bad day? i dun even know myself.. sometimes im afraid to see my real self cuz it scares me too much.. i'd rather be a happy, i-dont-give-a-damn-kinda girl..this christmas, my only wish is that i really wanna be filled with the everlasting joy of Jesus.. im sick and tired of the pain..

i just wanna be happy this christmas..

17th day of christmas

had my very 1st filming at VHQ(think it's Video Head Quarters).. was fun.. 1st time i did this sorta stuff.. according to lee the producer, i'll be on some Urban Fashion programme. i DIY-ed some tank tops which will be featured.. at first sharon and i were like what is vhq.. but then we walked passed the nickelodean studio/set and bumped into Randal Tan again.. then lee told us that the mtv studio was there too so ya..we finally understood what vhq was about.. or rather which programmes it was doing. it was cool..the nickelodean set was COOL! really fun and colourful!! with all the kids running around.. i wished i worked there..man.. then i had to do some voice over recording which was more difficult than i thought it would be..i was not allowed to touch anything and i had to read the lines like 4 times.. man.. but was cool though.. sound-proof room with sponge walls! the camera man was funny.. i dont mind doing it again! haha..

this year has been a year of experience for me.. awesome!

12th day of chirstmas...

my cell went to k-box today.. and man was it weird.. it was as if i was in china.. i never knew ntu pple could speak so much chinese.. i mean not tt im denying my roots but it was waaayy too much.. and the words are like greek!it's the super difficult mode.. but it was fun seeing the guys screech and belt out their songs.. hahha..was a good laugh..
